Exercise for Fun!
Good morning, everyone!
I hope you all are doing well and are excited for the next week of classes after a long weekend. I don’t know about everyone else, but my semester has already been pretty busy. To help manage everything mentally, I’m off to go do one of my favorite things—exercise at the DRES gym! Whenever I’m feeling particularly stressed, I make sure to exercise and try to take good care of myself, as it can really boost my mood and motivation to accomplish what I need to. Whatever you prefer in terms of self-care, make sure to do it, but manage your time smartly. Your energy will thank you!
